Sneak Peek - C.C. Designs Sugarplums Beachies II

Da Christine von All That Scraps so viel Spaß dabei hatte, die neuen Sugarplums Beachies zu zeichnen, hat sie einfach nochmal drei Motive nachgelegt, welche morgen als digitale Motive herausgebracht werden. Wenn wir ganz lieb betteln, kriegen wir sie vielleicht auch noch als richtige Stempel. Was meint ihr?

Christine at All That Scraps had so much fun while drawing the new Sugarplums Beachies that she just had to draw some more images which will be released as digital images tomorrow. If we all will ask to get them as stamps we maybe will get them into real rubber someday. What do you think?

Der süße Trevor im Eimer ist eines der drei neuen digitalen Motive aus dem "Sugarplums Beachies II" Set. Ich finde die neuen Motive sind eine wirklich gute Ergänzung zu den breits erschienenen Strandsets von C.C. Designs und ich hoffe sehr, dass sie später auch noch als Stempel erscheinen werden ;)

Cute Trevor is one of the three new images from the new "Sugarplums Beachies II" set. I think the new images are really a wonderful addition to the new Beachsets by C.C. Designsand I really hope that they will made into rubber soon ;)

Diese Karte habe ich nach einem Sketch gestaltet und zwar handelt es sich um Sketch #48 von Sketch Saturday, den ich gestern per Zufall entdeckte. Was bin ich froh, dass ich mir vor Kurzem noch das Muschelshape von QuicKutz gegönnt habe, das passt hier wirklich wunderbar dazu, finde ich. Und wie genial ist bitte der ColorCore Cardstock? Sogar die Muscheln ließen sich supergut an den Rändern schmirgeln und der Effekt gefällt mir ausgesprochen gut. Die beiden Sprüche sind aus dem neuen Sprücheset von AmyR "Beach Sentiments".

I used a sketch for my card's layout. It's Sketch #48 by Sketch Saturday that I casually found yesterday. I'm happy that I bought the shell from QuicKutz some time ago. It's matching perfectly to the beach images. And how cool is that ColorCore cardstock? I sanded the shell's edges and I love the results. Both sentiments are from AmyR's new "Beach Sentiments" set.

Endlich ist wieder Freitag! In ein paar Stunden fängt das Wochenende an, ich kann es diese Woche wirklich kaum erwarten. Außerdem starten wir heute unsere 5. Just Magnolia Challenge "A little sketch". Der Sketch ist dieses Mal von der lieben Naoual und die Challenge wird gesponsort von All That Scraps! Hier ist meine Karte:

Finally it's Friday! In some hours the weekend will start, I really can't wait until I can leave the office today. In addition to this we are starting with our 5th Just Magnolia challenge "A little sketch" today. The sketch is by our lovely Naoual and our sponsor this week is All That Scraps. Here is my card:

Ich habe mich dieses Mal für eine ältere Tilda entschieden. Svens Kommentar gestern Nacht war "Die ist aber dick" *grins*. Ich finde die pummeligen Tildas total süß und diese hier gehört immer noch zu meinen Lieblingsmotiven. Ich habe es mir einfach gemacht und meinen Cosmo Cricket Honey Pie Block zur Hand genommen. Die Papiere sind alle wunderbar aufeinander abgestimmt und so konnte ich den Sketch gut umsetzen.

I decided to take this older Tilda this time. Sven's comment was "She is thick" *smile*. I really like the chubby Tildas and this is still one of my faves. I took my Cosmo Cricket Honey Pie paper pad for my card. All papers are going perfectly together and it was easy to implement the sketch.

Den Spruch fand ich total schön, er war auch in dem Block von Cosmo Cricket enthalten. Die einfarbigen Papiere habe ich etwas mit den Stempelglede Grunge Collection Stempeln aufgepeppt. An den Spellbinders und Martha Stewart Stanzern kam ich einfach nicht vorbei ;).

I really love the sentiment, it was also part of the Cosmo Cricket paper pad. I pepped up the plain papers with Stempelglede's Grunge Collection and of course I couldn't resist to use my Spellbinders and Martha Stewart punches.

Den ColorCore Cardstock habe ich auf dem Kartencover wieder an den Rändern abgeschmirgelt. Ich habe den ColorCore anscheinend jetzt für mich entdeckt *grins*. Die Innenseite der Karte habe ich ziemlich einfach gehalten. Leider habe ich in meinem Cosmo Cricket Scrappad keinen wirklich passenden Spruch für die Innenseite gefunden, aber ich denke so geht es auch.

I sanded the edges of the ColorCore cardstock again. I'm totally in love with the ColorCore now *smile*. The inside of my card is simple. Unfortunately I didn't find a matching sentiment in my paper pad but I think it's okay like it is now.

Hier noch einmal die Innenseite, auf dem seitlichen Bild kommt die Gestaltung nicht so gut rüber, finde ich. Ich finde das Papier mit den kleinen Blümchen sieht ein bisschen aus wie Tapete, aber ich mag das Muster ;). Auf der Kartenvorderseite sieht man es kaum, da das andere Papier den Hintergrund zum Großteil verdeckt.

Here's the inside again. I think you can see more of the layout in this picture. The pattern on the paper with the small flowers is looking like wallpaper isn't it? But I really like it ;). You can't see much of it on the card's cover as there are too many other papers over it.

Für eine gute Freundin habe ich gestern Abend diese Karte gemacht. Ich wollte diese Idee schon so lange umsetzen, endlich habe ich die Zeit dazu gefunden:

For one of my friends I made this card yesterday evening. I had this idea since months and now I finally found the time to implement it:

Als ich das "You Rock" Set von Simon Says Stamp zum Geburtstag geschenkt bekam, habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Mir kam sofort die Idee, dass ich auf die E-Gitarre ein Gorjuss Girl oder eine Tilda raufsetzen könnte. Ich habe mich dann für einen Gorjuss Stempel entschieden, da ich bisher noch keine einzige Karte damit gemacht hatte. Dabei mag ich die Stempel doch total gerne! Nachdem ich gestern Abend dann endlich das passende Papier gefunden hatte, konnte ich loslegen. Die Gitarre und der Spruch sind von Simon Says Stamp und der Schnörkel von Stempelglede. Die Ränder des schwarzen ColorCore Cardstocks habe ich abgeschmirgelt.

As Simon Says Stamp gave me the "You Rock" set for my birthday I was really happy. Immediately I had the idea to let a Gorjuss Girl or Magnolia's Tilda sit on the electric guitar. I decided to use a Gorjuss stamp as I didn't use them until now. But I really love the images. After I finally found the machting pattern paper I started. The guitar and sentiment are from Simon Says Stamp, the swirl is by Stempelglede. I sanded the edges of the black ColorCore cardstock.

Die Innenseite habe ich mit einem passenden Spruch von AmyR Stamps gestaltet. Da ich die Karte noch beschriften möchte, habe ich ziemlich viel Platz gelassen dieses Mal. Die pinken und grünen Flowers sind von Prima, die schwarzen Blumen, Spacer und Brads von embellishments.de .

For the card's inside I used a matching sentiment by AmyR Stamps. I left some space to write some lines to my friend. The pink and olive flowers are Prima, the black flowers, spacers and brads are from embellishments.de .

Nun muss die Karte nur noch meiner Freundin gefallen. Ich bin sehr gespannt!

Now I only have to wait if my friend will like the card. I really hope that she will like it!
