Stampavie - Tina Wenke Critters

Heute habe ich eine weitere Karte mit einem der neuen Motive aus Stampavies neuer Tina Wenke - Cute Critters Kollektion für euch. Das Motiv gefiel mir von Anfang an total gut und ich wollte es unbedingt colorieren.

Today I have another card with one of the new images from Stampavie's new Tina Wenke - Cute Critters Collection for you. I liked this image from the beginning on really much and I couldn't wait to color it.

Wie süß ist bitte das "Mouse in Nutboat" Motiv? Und es ist perfekt für Babykarten, darum habe ich mal wieder eine für einen kleinen Jungen gemacht. Da ich das Motiv vorher nie in Farbe gesehen habe, musste ich mich ganz schön durchfriemeln, aber es hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht das Motiv so zu entdecken.

How cute is the "Mouse in Nutboat" image? And it's perfect for baby cards, this is why I made another one for a little baby boy. I never saw the image colored before so it was hard work to figure out where the lake was but I enjoyed discovering the image that way.

Der Cardstock ist von Bazzill und das Pattern Paper "Le Jardin" von Stampin' Up! Auf diesem steht ganz oft "Bonjour" was ich als total passend empfand, auch weil Stampavie ja in Frankreich sitzt *grins*. Das Ribbon und das Brad sind ebenfalls von SU, die Halbperlen von Kaisercraft. Das Motiv habe ich mit den ovalen Spellbinders ausgestanzt und der Stempelspruch ist von LeLo Design. Die Doily Lace Bordüren sieht man hier leider nur schlecht.

The cardstock is Bazzill and the pattern paper "Le Jardin" from Stampin' Up! There are a lot of "Bonjour" words printed on that paper which is perfect, because Stampavie is from France *smile*. The ribbon and brad are also from SU, the pearls from Kaisercraft. I cute out the image with oval Spellbinders and the sentiment is from LeLo Design. Unfortunately you can't see the Doily Lace borders well on this pic.

Auf diesem Foto kann man die Doily Lace Bordüren, die ich mit dem Martha Stewart Stanzer ausgestanzt habe, besser erkennen. Ich habe die Ränder des Designpapiers nur außen geinkt, um nicht vom Motiv abzulenken.

Here you can see the Doily Lace borders much better. I made them with the Martha Stewart punch. I only inked the edges of the big papers so your view goes directly to the cute image.

Und hier ist die kleine Maus noch einmal in ihrem niedlichen Nussschalenboot. Es gibt so viel zu entdecken auf den Motiven von Tina Wenke. Habt ihr z.B. gesehen, dass die kleine Maus mit einem Tierchen kuschelt?

Ich überlege schon welches der neuen Stampavie Motive ich als nächstes colorieren und verarbeiten werde. Vielleicht auch eines der neuen Sarah Kay Motive? Hach, so viele schöne neue Stempel, die bald herauskommen!

SAV Challenge #07 - A recipe

Hach! Urlaub ist etwas Tolles *grins*. Sven und ich sind heute etwas in der World of Warcraft versackt, darum komme ich erst jetzt zum posten, aber dafür ist Urlaub ja schließlich auch da. Einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen und abschalten vom normalen Alltagstrott, gell?

Yay! Holidays are great *smile*. Sven and me were playing a lot of World of Warcraft today this is why I show you my card today evening. But that's holidays for, isn't it? Time to relax and only to do things you want to do.

Heute startet bei Stampavie die 7. Challenge und wir haben ein "Rezept" für euch. Dieses lautet: 3 Flowers + 1 Ribbon + 2 Buttons + Embossing. Natürlich könnt ihr so viel Papier benutzen wie ihr möchtet und auch andere Embellishments hinzufügen, doch unser Rezept darf nicht fehlen.

Today our 7. challenge is starting over at Stampavie which is "A recipe". You have to use: 3 Flowers + 1 Ribbon + 2 Buttons + Embossing for your card. Of course you can use as many papers as you want and add other embellishments as well but our recipe may not be missing.

Wie ich euch ja bereits gestern erzählt hatte, bringt Stampavie nächsten Monat neben der neuen Tina Wenke - Cute Critters Kollektion auch die langersehnte neue Sarah Kay Kollektion heraus. Die neuen Motive sind wieder total schön, aber dieses hier ist mein absolutes Lieblingsmotiv!

Like I already told you yesterday, Stampavie is releasing beside the new Tinka Wenke - Cute Critters Collection the new Sarah Kay Collection next month. The new images are all wonderful but the one above is my absolutely favorite!

Das Designpapier ist von Cosmo Cricket. Es war gar nicht so leicht den ungefähren Farbton im Motiv wiederzugeben, ich musste das Türkis der Hose aus 4 verschiedenen Farben anmischen. Der Spruch ist von LeLo Design, ich habe ihn, wie das Motiv, mit den Spellbinders Label 1 ausgestanzt in 3D aufgesetzt. Den embossten Rand habe ich mit einem Cuttlebug Prägefolder gemacht.

The pattern paper is from Cosmo Cricket. It was difficult to get the correct color into my image. I had to mix up 4 different colors to create a matching turquoise. The sentiment is by LeLo Design. I cut it like the image with Spellbinders Label 1 and added it with dimensionals to the card. For the embossed border I used a Cuttlebug embossing border.

Die Ränder der großen Prima Flowers habe ich in braun geinkt. Hier seht ihr auch, dass die Knöpfe ein Muster haben. Ich habe sie mit Scrapper's Floss angenäht. Ja und eigentlich zeige ich euch dieses Bild, weil hier die supersüße Babyente mit drauf ist. Ich finde sie wirklich total niedlich, die könnte ich mir den ganzen Tag lang ansehen! Habt ihr gesehen, dass sie richtig auf der Hand sitzt? *schmelz*

I inked the edges of the Prima Flower petals with brown. Here you can also see that the buttons are patterned. I sewed them with Scrapper's Floss. Yes and here you can also see the reason of this picture. The cute little duck. I do like this little ducky so much I could view it the whole day long. Did you see how cute it is sitting on the hand? *love*

MichJay Challenge #02 - Heart bag

Da bin ich schon wieder, dieses Mal mit einer neuen MichJay Challenge! Montagabend bekam ich von create4fun eine tolle Herztaschen-Vorlage, das passte total gut. Am Dienstag wollte ich mich ja mit meiner Mum bei IKEA treffen und ich wollte ihr gerne etwas mitbringen. Die Bonbons hatte ich schon gekauft, da kam mir die Vorlage für die supersüße Herztasche genau recht. Das Template habe ich natürlich gleich an meine liebe Michelle weitergeleitet und wir haben eine spontane MichJay#02 Challenge daraus gemacht!

Here I am again with a new MichJay Challenge! Monday evening I received a great heart bag-template from create4fun. This was perfect because on Tuesday I wanted to meet my Mum at IKEA and I wanted to give her a little something. I already bought the candies and so I had a wonderful wrapping with this cute heart bag. Of course I forwarded the template to my lovely Michelle and we made a spontaneous MichJay#02 Challenge from it!

Passend zu den Brausebonbons wollte ich meine Herztasche in rosa und weiß halten. Das tolle Swirl Designpapier von Around the Block fand ich dafür echt klasse. Außerdem habe ich die süße Tilda mit Herz aus der Pink Collection 2009 von Magnolia genommen, die mag ich immer noch total gerne.

Matching to the candies I wanted to keep my heart bag in pink and white. The wonderful Around the Block pattern paper was perfect. I also used the cute Tilda with Heart from Magnolia's Pink Collection 2009, I still love her so much.

Die kleine Herztasche ist wirklich einfach zu machen. Aber ihr kennt mich ja, ich konnte ja wieder nicht anders ;) Da mir all meine Spitze nicht gefallen hat, habe ich mit dem Martha Stewart Doily Lace Stanzer Bordüren gestanzt, diese dann unter jedem Bogen schräg eingeschnitten und so gefaltet und angeklebt, dass ich eine Cardstockspitze erhalte. Die habe ich von innen angeklebt. Nun sah die Innenseite der Herztasche aber nicht mehr gut aus. ALSO habe ich die Herztasche einfach nochmal aus grünem Stampin' Up! Designpapier gebastelt und eingeklebt. Nun hatte ich eine schöne Außen- UND Innenseite. Die Vorderseite des Herzens habe ich erst gestaltet und danach alles zusammengeklebt. Zum Kleben habe ich wieder das ScorTape genommen, das hält super!

This little heart bag is simple to make. But you know me, I couldn't resist ;) As I didn't like the lace I have I took my Martha Stewart Doily Lace punch and made some borders with it. After that I cut the border under every arch, folded and glued it until it looked like a cardstock lace. I adhered it to the inside but now the inside wasn't pretty anymore. SO I made another heart bag from green Stampin' Up! pattern paper and adhered it into the other heart bag. Now I had a pretty Out- AND Inside. I made the layout of the front first before I glued everything together. I used ScorTape to add everything, this is so great!

Tilda habe ich einfach auf einen Cardstock"balken" gesetzt. Auf diesem Foto sieht man dann auch, dass ich darunter noch weiße Spitze geklebt habe. Tilda habe ich danach mit 3D Pads aufgeklebt. Mit dem QuicKutz Alphabet "Phoebe" habe ich die Wörter "für Mama" ausgestanzt und mit braunem Stempelkissen geinkt. Danach sahen meine Finger vielleicht aus, aber so heben sich die Buchstaben besser vom Designpapier ab. Und gegen dreckige Finger habe ich gestern ja auch etwas entdeckt: Fingerschutz. *LOOL*! Okay, die musste ich euch einfach zeigen! Ich musste gestern echt grinsen, als ich die Dinger gesehen habe.

Tilda is sitting on a cardstock"beam". On this picture you can see that I also added white lace under the strip of cardstock. I added Tilda with dimensionals. I cut the small letters with my QuicKutz "Phoebe" alphabet and inked the edges of the letters with brown ink. You won't believe how my fingers looked like after that but now you can see the letters much better on the pattern paper. And I found something against dirty fingers yesterday: finger protection. *LOOL*! Okay I really had to show you this! I had to grin so much as I saw these yesterday.

Die wunderschönen Papierblumen habe ich aus meiner embellishments.de Flowerbox genommen, bei den rosanen Blumen die Ränder geinkt und Papierrosen eingesetzt, welche ich auch etwas eingefärbt habe.

I took the wonderful paper flowers out of my embellishments.de flowerbox and inked the edges of the pink flowers. I added some mulberrypaper roses which I also inked.

Meine Mum hat sich jedenfalls sehr über das kleine Schenki gefreut und die Herztasche wird hier sicher noch des Öfteren zum Einsatz kommen. Eine wirklich süße Geschenkidee für Zwischendurch oder einen bestimmten Anlass. Die Vorlage könnt ihr bei create4fun bekommen. Viel Spaß damit!

Habt ihr es schon gehört? Stampavie hat eine neue Designerin und bringt Ende Juli eine total niedliche neue Kollektion heraus - Tina Wenkes Cute Critters. Ich habe die Stempel seit Freitag hier liegen und bin total begeistert.

Did you already hear the news? Stampavie has a new designer and the new collection will be available in the end of July - Tina Wenke's Cute Critters. I already have the stamps since Friday and I'm totally in love.

Das neue "Rabbit and Mouse with Sunflower" Motiv ist so süß und ich musste es gleich mal colorieren. Das macht total viel Spaß! So habe ich eine kleine Gartenkarte daraus gemacht. Das Layout ist ziemlich einfach gehalten, da das Motiv so zart ist.

The new "Rabbit and Mouse with Sunflower" image is totally cute and I just had to color it on Friday. This is so much fun! I made a little garden card with it. I kept the layout simple because the image is so gently.

Die Farbkombination ergab sich aus dem Cosmo Cricket Designpapier. Der olivgrüne Cardstock ist von Stampin' Up!, das gelbe und Designpapier sind aus der Honey Pie Serie von Cosmo Cricket.

The color combination is from the Cosmo Cricket pattern paper. I used old olive cardstock from Stampin' Up! and the yellow and pattern paper are from the Honey Pie series by Cosmo Cricket.

Der Zaun ist mit dem Martha Stewart Fence Boderstanzer aus braunem SU Cardstock gestanzt, die Schmetterlinge sind auch von Martha Stewart und aus dem gelben CC Designpapier gestanzt. Der Spruch ist aus dem Friends Sentiments Set von AmyR. Den fand ich hier total passend.

The fence is a border punch from Martha Stewart and I used brown SU cardstock for it. The butterflies are also Martha Stewart and I used the yellow pattern paper for them. The sentiment is from the AmyR Friends Sentiments set and I think it's perfect for this image.

Und hier sind die beiden Süßen noch einmal. Coloriert habe ich sie mit meinen Aquarellbuntstiften. Die Wangen habe ich mit Kreide eingefärbt und die weißen Punkte mit einem Gelstift gesetzt.

And here are the cuties again. I colored them with my watercolor pencils. The cheeks are colored with chalk and I made the white dots with a white gel pen.

Heute haben wir bei Just Magnolia einen neuen Sketch für euch, den die liebe Bev für uns gezeichnet hat. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich meine Karte gestern Abend noch geschafft habe, denn ich hatte einen richtig fiesen Migräneanfall...

Today we at Just Magnolia have another sketch for you. Our lovely Bev has drawn it for us. I am more than happy that I got my card done because I had a really bad migraine attack yesterday...

Ich denke das ist auch der Grund dafür, dass ich die Karte so einfach wie möglich gehalten habe. Trotz allem mag ich sie selbst leiden. Ich liebe mein neues DCWV Papier und wie gut passte bitte die Cherry Tilda dazu? Endlich hatte ich auch die Gelegenheit meinen Martha Stewart Stanzer mit dem Zaun mal zu nutzen, den hatte ich hier schon länger liegen.

I think this is the reason why my card is more simple than normally. But I like it. I love my new DCVW paper and how good is Cherry Tilda matching so this? Finally I was able to use my Martha Stewart fence punch which I have here since weeks now.

Auf dem Detailbild könnt ihr vielleicht erkennen, dass die Kirschen auf dem Papier und die grünen Brads total schön glitzern. Die weißen Blumen habe ich am Rand mit dem Memories Rose geinkt, die pinken Blumen habe ich einfach mal so gelassen, wie sie waren. Tilda habe ich mit 3D Pads aufgeklebt.

On this pic you can maybe see that the cherries and green brads are twinkling. I inked the white flowers with Memories Rose and left the pink flowers as they were. Tilda is added with foam pads to the card.

Den Spruch fand ich zu den Kirschen sehr passend, er ist aus dem Friends Sentiments Set von AmyR. Den Rand des Kreises habe ich mit dem runden Stempel der Grunge Collection (Stempelglede) verschönert, damit er sich besser vom Hintergrundpapier abhebt.

The sentiment is perfect for cherries what do you think? It's from the Friends Sentiments set by AmyR. I used the circle stamp from Stempelglede's Grunge Collection to alter the circle's edges.

Hier ist nun der Sketch nach dem ich gearbeitet habe und den ihr hoffentlich auch nacharbeiten mögt. Wie ihr seht habe ich einfach ein paar mehr Blumen genutzt und den Text zur Seite geschoben. Mittig passte er bei mir ja nicht auf die Karte ;)

Here's the sketch I used for my card and I hope you will enjoy working with it, too. As you can see I just addes some more flowers and placed the text at the side because it wasn't possible to add it to the center of my card ;)

After the SSS blog hop I'm back with a summer card for the current All That Scraps challenge "Summertime fun".

Sind Emma und Trevor nicht total süß, wie sie da zusammen am Strand spielen? Emma will auch mal hören wie die Muschel rauscht ;) Emma, Trevor, die Muscheln und der Spruch sind von C.C. Designs, der Strandhintergrund ist von Darcie's. Den grabe ich jedes Jahr im Sommer wieder aus, ich finde ihn einfach toll.

Aren't Emma and Trevor cute? I love how they are playing together at the beach. Emma wants to hear the ocean, too ;) Emma, Trevor, the shells and the sentiment are by C.C. Designs, the beach background is by Darcie's. I use it every summer again, just love it.

Den süßen Spruch habe ich mit einem der drei Spellbinders Ribbon Tags ausgestanzt. Mit den Spellbinders stanzt man nur den unteren Teil, das Innenteil schneide ich immer selbst aus. Hierzu nehme ich die Stanze als Schablone, male das ovale Innenteil nach und schneide den Spruch dann passend aus. Das klappt wirklich gut! Anstatt Ribbon habe ich hier Scrapper's Floss für die Befestigung genommen.

I cut the sentiment out with one of the Spellbinders Ribbon Tags. You only cut out the whole part, I use the shape as template to mark the oval inside and cut it out by myself. This works really well! Instead of ribbon I used Scrapper's Floss to add the tag.

Ein Urlaubsfoto gefällig? Diese Karte hat mir richtig viel Spaß gemacht, weil ich zurzeit ja auch Urlaub habe! Es hat glücklicherweise geklappt und daher genieße ich meine freie Zeit momentan sehr.

Do you like this pic? I really enjoyed making this card because I also have free from work now! I had so much luck and everything turned out good with my collagues so I was able to take my two weeks free. I love my sparetime :)

Gestern z.B. war ich mit meiner Mum bei IKEA shoppen und danach waren wir noch so ein bisschen bummeln. Ich kann es selbst kaum glauben, aber ich habe mir sogar Klamotten gekauft. Ich finde sonst NIE etwas! Na ja, nach dem Urlaub werde ich wohl mal wieder mit WW starten *hüstel*.

Yesterday I went shopping with my Mum. We went to IKEA and after that we visited a shopping center. Believe it or not I really found some new clothes. I never find something that fits! Okay after my holidays I really have to start with WW again *cough*.

To celebrate the Simon Says Stamp Blogoversary I created another card with the Simon Says Stamp EXCLUSIVE "You Rock" set. How cute is this little "Rockstar Tilda"?

I created a little scene with the drums and e-guitar, then I cut the images out with a little white border around. I gave Tilda a microphone and let her sit on the kick drum. I draw the microphone holder by myself and added another micro to it (the space was too empty!)

I added Black Diamond Stickles to the You Rock! sentiment. I love how it turned out now. You can see it much better than without the Stickles.

To finish the layout I also added Black Diamond Stickles to the black mulberry roses. You can have so much fun using the "You Rock" set from Simon Says Stamp. For another card click here.

MichJay Challenge #01

Heute ist ein ganz besonderer Tag, denn heute startet unsere erste MichJay Challenge. Es ist eine persönliche Challenge zwischen meiner Freundin Michelle und mir. Vor einiger Zeit unterhielten wir uns darüber, dass es so tolle 3D Projekte gibt und wir irgendwie fast ausschließlich Karten machen. So haben wir beschlossen auch 3D Projekte zu machen und hierzu die monatliche MichJay Challenge ins Leben gerufen :)

Today is a special day because the MichJay Challenge is starting. It's a personal challenge between my friend Michelle and me. Some time ago we were speaking about that there are so many cool 3D projects out there and that we almost only make cards. So we decided to also make 3d things and that's why we have the monthly MichJay Challenge now :)

Wir starten mit einer niedlichen Gießkanne. Die Vorlage hierfür bekommt ihr kostenlos bei Create4Fun. Als ich die Gießkanne das erste Mal sah, musste ich die Vorlage dafür unbedingt haben und guckt mal wie süß meine Gießkanne geworden ist. Ich habe den Rohling aus Crate Paper "Baby Doll" Cardstock gemacht und mit der niedlichen Swiss Pixie Heidi von C.C. Designs, Blumen und Brads von embellishments.de, Ribbon, einigen QuicKutz Stanzteilen, Hero Arts Halbperlen und dem Martha Stewart Schmetterlingsstanzer gestaltet.

We are starting with a cute watering can. You can get the template for free at Create4Fun. As I saw this watering can the first time I just HAD to have this template and look how cute it turned out! I used CratePaper "Baby Doll" cardstock for the waterig can and altered it with the cute Swiss Pixie Heidi by C.C. Designs, some flowers and brads from embellishments.de, Ribbon, some QuicKutz die cuts, Hero Arts pearls and my MS butterflies punch.

Das war sicherlich nicht die letzte Gießkanne die ich gemacht habe. Für das nächste Mal weiß ich dann, dass ich sie am Besten vor dem Zusammenkleben gestalte, denn die Brads auseinanderzubiegen, als die Gießkanne bereits zusammen- geklebt war, war gar nicht so einfach ;) Trotzdem hatte ich jede Menge Spaß bei meinem 3D Projekt und freue mich schon auf die nächste MichJay Challenge!

This wasn't the last time I made a watering can. But for the next time I know that I will alter the can before I glue everything together! It was really hard to add the brads as the can was already glued togeter ;) I had much fun doing this 3d project nevertheless and I'm waiting for the next MichJay Challenge now!
