SEME Challenge #15

Die neue Stempeleinmaleins Challenge #15 startet heute. Dieses Mal gibt es einen Gutschein in Höhe von 10 Euro von LeLo Design zu gewinnen. Seit 2011 gibt es zusätzlich zum Sketch immer noch eine Option! Diese lautet im März: Lieblingstier! Diese Challenge läuft bis zum 29. April!

The new Stempeleinmaleins Challenge #15 is starting today. This time we have a 10 Euro shopping spee from LeLo Design for you. From 2011 on the challenges have an option. The option for March is: fave pet! This challenge is running until April 29!

Der neue Sketch ist von unserer lieben Kathrin. Natürlich darf der Sketch abgeändert werden, so dass ihr eure Kartenideen umsetzen könnt, man sollte den Urspruchssketch aber noch erkennen können.

Our lovely Kathrin has drawn the new sketch which you should use for your card. Of course you can change the sketch for your card ideas but in the end you should be able to see that the sketch was the base for your card's layout.

Für meine Karte habe ich die süße kleine Schildkröte von LeLo Design genommen. In den Farben ist sie etwas ungewohnt anzusehen, aber rosa Schildis sind trotzdem niedlich! Das Motiv habe ich mit ovalen Spellbinders ausgestanzt und zu denen zum Motiv gehörenden Punkten habe ich einfach noch ein paar mehr aufgemalt. Ich habe Stampin Up! Savanne, cremefarbenen Bazzill Carstock und das schöne Je t'adore Designpapier von Making Memories verwendet. Der Spruch ist ebenfalls von LeLo und mit einem Spellbinders Tag ausgestanzt. Die Blumen sind von Prima und mit kleinen kupferfarbenen Spacern und Brads befestigt. Die Blätter und der Schmetterling sind mit Martha Stewart Stanzern gemacht. Kleine Halbperlen runden das Layout ab.

I used the cute kleine Schildkröte (small turtle) by LeLo Designfor my card. It looks a bit strange in the colors I chose but pink turtles are cute, aren't they? I cut the image with oval Spellbinders and added some more dots (tnormally here are only 6 on the image). I used Stampin' Up! kraft, creme Bazzill cardstock and the wonderful Je t'adore pattern paper by Making Memories. The sentiment is from LeLo as well and cut with a Spellbinders tag. The flowers are Prima Flowers and added with small copper spacer and brads. The leaves and butterfly are made with Martha Stewart punches. In the end I still added some pearls.

Was der Scan obeb nicht wiedergeben kann sind die Akzente, die ich mit einem Glittergelpen aufgetragen habe. Davon habe ich ein Foto gemacht. Hier seht ihr mal wie sehr die Farben von Foto zu Scan abweichen! Coloriert habe ich die Schildi mit Auqarellstiften von Carand'ache.

What the scan doesn't show are the accents I added with a glitter gel pen so I took a picture of the card. Here you can see how different the colors in the pic are! I colored the turtle with watercolor pencils from Carand'ache.
